The Company assures that it provides its services with absolute respect for the personal data disclosed to it and guarantees that the processing of all data concerning natural persons is executed with full adherence to the principles of legality, transparency, and accuracy of information, and with complete security regarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of such data. The Company fully complies with the relevant legislation on personal data.
2.Processing
a) Data collection
Bulker collects only the personal data sent by users as Data Controllers for the execution of the service, as well as user data.
The data collected by Bulker include:
- User/member's mobile phone number
- Personal Access Code (Password)
- PayPal ID (if purchases are made via PayPal)
- Saved texts
- Message Statistics - Message History
- Mobile phone numbers of end users
- Invoice issuance details
- Information provided by the bank when topping up balance via bank account deposit.
In all other respects, M-STAT, as a service provider, does not intervene in the content of messages sent and does not make any further use of the information contained therein. M-STAT adheres to the principle of authorized access and has designated specific individuals with access rights to the data collected.
M-STAT has appointed specific persons to collect data.
b) Purposes of processing
The personal data collected by the Company are subject to processing to the extent necessary for the execution of the service undertaken by M-STAT, i.e., for sending messages to the end recipient (mobile phone user) that the user/member of the service wishes to send via Bulker. Bulker stores the messages sent by users/members for their own use, as well as for communication and improvement purposes of the services provided.
c) Storage method - security - deletion
The Company makes every effort to protect the personal data it collects from accidental and unlawful access, alteration, or destruction, as well as against any other unlawful processing. For this purpose, the Company is ISO 27001 certified and employs all prescribed means and security systems. Data is stored on company-owned servers in the Company's datacenter, which operates with an ISO 27001 certified collocation services provider in Attica. All of the Company's systems are protected by firewalls, and encryption is used during data storage and transfer.
Personal data transmitted by Bulker users are retained by the Company from two months to one year from their input into Bulker and subsequently deleted or anonymized. After the one-year period, data are retained for an additional two months if specifically requested by the user, but no later than one month before the end of the year. Users have the right until the last day of the year to store the data they have transmitted at https://www.bulker.gr/.
In no case does M-STAT undertake to retain data on behalf of the user without the user needing to retain copies. Therefore, M-STAT cannot be held responsible if the user has not retained copies of their data.
In the event that the contract with the client – Data Controller expires for any reason, the data are returned to the client within 48 hours of the notification of the termination of cooperation and are completely deleted from the Company's systems or anonymized. The same applies if M-STAT proceeds with a change in the privacy policy that the client does not agree with.
In case of hyperlinks to other websites, Bulker is not responsible for the terms of management and protection of personal data followed by those websites.
d) Disclosure - Public Disclosure
The Company does not disclose the data collected by Bulker to third parties. However, if requested by competent authorities through legal procedures, access to the maintained data will be provided. The Company will not use subcontractors for processing purposes unless it first obtains the written (or digital) consent of the members/users. In such a case, the Company commits to engage subcontractors under strict data protection terms for the data they will transfer. All personnel of M-STAT are bound by confidentiality even after the termination of their employment contract with the Company. M-STAT does not transfer your data outside the EEA.
The Company will not use sub-processors for the processing purposes unless it has first obtained the written (or digital) consent of Bulker’s users. In this case, the Company undertakes to contract with sub-processors with strict data protection conditions. All staff of M-STAT are bound by confidentiality even after the termination of the contract linking each employee to the Company. M-STAT does not transfer data outside of the EEA.
3. Security Measures
The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Additionally, it takes all physical, technical, and organizational measures to securely safeguard and access data.

5. Queries, Requests, Complaints to the Company
Every Data Controller and data subject, upon submitting a relevant request, has the right to access their data. Additionally, the data subject has the right: a) to challenge the accuracy of the data, b) to request suspension, withdrawal, prohibition, deletion of their personal data, and to declare the withdrawal of their consent for its retention, c) to request and learn about the means of data protection, as well as all detailed processing methods by the Company, and to request a copy of their data held by the Company, d) to lodge a complaint and seek compensation if they prove to have suffered damage due to the retention of inaccurate, false, outdated, and unlawfully collected data. The data subject also retains the right to lodge complaints with the Personal Data Protection Authority. The Company will endeavor to respond promptly to requests from each user/member. A period of one week is considered reasonable.
6. Modification of data protection policy
M-STAT reserves the right to unilaterally amend the personal data protection policy of the Bulker service. However, in this case, the user/member will be informed accordingly to give their consent. If they do not agree, M-STAT will inform them that their data will be returned and deleted from the Company's systems within 48 hours.
